About ME
Hello. My name is Lynda and I am a highly qualified, professionally insured reflexologist and massage therapist working in Kirkby Malzeard, near Ripon. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists so you can be confident that my treatments are of the highest standards and I complete regular training courses to keep my skills up-to-date.
I was a television producer in my first career so I understand the demands that a high-pressured, stressful job make on our physical and mental health. I called my business The Time For You because I know that women can find it really hard to relax and take time for themselves, yet it is so vitally important for our wellbeing. My mission now is to help people de-stress and take care of their health and wellbeing. I particularly specialise in women's health and have additional qualifications in maternity reflexology, pregnancy massage, reflexology for the menopause and Reflexology Lymph Drainage.

In a tranquil location with plenty of free parking, in Kirkby Malzeard, between Ripon and Masham, this is where the magic happens!
From the moment you arrive, my aim is to make you feel comfortable and cosy so you can deeply relax and leave feeling lighter, more balanced and fully recharged.
TREATMENTS
Reflexology
A deeply relaxing therapy that helps to bring the body, mind and spirit into balance. Reflexology can be used to support people with a range of conditions from anxiety and insomnia to headaches and migraines, hormone imbalance and digestive issues or it can be used as a way to de-stress and take care of general health and wellbeing.
I have additional qualifications in maternity reflexology to target some of the less pleasant side-effects of pregnancy such as nausea, indigestion, back ache and pelvic girdle pain. After 37 weeks reflexology can also be used to prepare mother and baby for labour.
I have also completed training in the holistic treatment of the menopause. Reflexology is a great way to support women who are experiencing the effects of the peri-menopause and menopause.
Reflexology Lymph Drainage is also now available.
Reflexology can be given through the feet or the face. A top to toe treatment that combines both facial and foot reflexology is also available.
Holistic Facials
A luxurious facial using organic products from Neal's Yard Remedies that will be specifically chosen to benefit your skin. As well as beautiful products that your skin will love, massage and/ or reflexology will also be incorporated into the treatment to make this a truly holistic experience.
Hot stones can also be added for extra relaxation and pampering.
Massage
A massage treatment using a blended aromatherapy oil that will be entirely tailored to your specific needs. Massage can be used to boost immunity, reduce muscle tension and pain, to improve circulation or to assist with ailments such as insomnia, anxiety and IBS.
Pregnancy massage, hot stone and Indian Head massage are also available.
